The Story
Cold Therapy: For maximum performance place sleeve in freezer for at least 2 hours. If sleeve causes discomfort, remove immediately. Hot Therapy: Only heat sleeve when it is at room temperature. Place sleeve in center of microwave. Heat in microwave ovens as follows: Small: 50 seconds; Medium: 60 seconds; Large: 65 seconds. If sleeve is not warm enough, heat for an additional 10 seconds maximum. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. If sleeve is too hot, allow it to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached prior to use.
